Past, Present, and Future Barrel Horses

Future

Present

Sunny C Her Storming aka "Tamale"

Tamale is a homegrown filly, "in the blood" she is a full sister to Dumplin. She is being seasoned as a barrel horse by Madolyn and Rebecca, she will soon be started on the rope side, breakaway and heeling. This mare is so willing and fun, we are very proud of her.

Past

Tinys Legacy aka Tiny had a very successful barrel career starting from 4 years old up into her late 20's. She was my youth rodeo mount running barrels and poles. We went on to win a large amounts of money, buckles, and prizes. Tiny and I dominated youth divisions, placed or won many open barrel races and rodeos. She is packed full of talent, heart and grit! I later sold Tiny and she went on to win for her new owner, she had long and successful barrel career. But due to a tragic accident she was retired as a barrel horse. We got the opportunity to lease Tiny back as a broodmare, then we were given a chance to buy her and we jumped at the opportunity. At 22 Tiny started her broodmare career, she gave us 3 foals, 2 colts and a filly. She had her last foal at 25, then at 26 she came out of broodmare retirement to run barrels and poles for our daughter Madolyn, together this team won buckles and saddles. Tiny was still running tough at 29 years old, 2D open and 21 second poles. We still have her only filly Comon Sweet Thing in our broodmare band. Check out all the old running blood in this mare's pedigree!

TT Bailey Sue aka Chiquita I can't say enough good things about this mare. She was a really nice barrel horse when we decided to breed her a couple years. She gave us a foal by Catman Goldseeker, Blazin JetOlena, Shawne Bug Leo, and Tres My Fame. After her last foal by Tres My Fame, she entered back in the barrel pen with our daughter Madolyn. Together they have won multiple saddles, buckles, running barrels and poles. We sold an Embryo out of her by Feel The Sting. Chiquita will return to the broodmare band in 2020, retiring sound and will be booked to Nickster.

Rare Chicks aka "Dollar" (dam of our broodmare Easy French Chick) was retired from the barrel arena due to an injury(sustained in a trailer accident). Dollar loved to run barrels, she had a lot of grit and determination. She was ran in an O-ring snaffle her entire barrel career. Dollar never knew what a tie down or a curb chain were, talk about LIGHT MOUTHED!! Her dam Lisas Chicks(an own daughter of the great Chick's Etta Deck)has a AAA SI94, ROM, 92 AQHA points, and earned over $13,000 on the track.
