About Me
We had bought what we thought was a pure bred Boston Terrier. In taking him to the vet we had found that he was part heeler. It did not matter to us we did not pay much for him and we were already in love with him. We have had a hard time training him. He is quite head strong. And seems to not have a good memory that it is a bad thing to dig into the garbage can. I haed a boston growing up. Clancy, my Boston, was maybe 17 pounds. He was very playful and wanted only to please. I have never known anything of a Heeler before. I am a city girl. Mustang, our Boston Heeler, is quite the chore at times. When he looks at you with those sad eyes you can't help but to forgive him. We cannot keep him from jumping the fence so, unfortunately, he has to be kept on a leash even while in the yard. We have a 7ft fence. Do you have any idea how we can keep him from jumping the fence so he can play in the full length of the yard?
